Information you send us

Please do not submit passwords, one-time codes, recovery codes, or other account secrets. If you contact us by email or phone, we receive the details you choose to share in that conversation.

How we use it

We use your information to respond to your inquiry, understand the support you requested, discuss scope and pricing, and maintain records of our communications and services.

Services that handle website information

The site uses Cloudflare for hosting and site delivery. The contact, support, and review forms send the information you enter to Formspree, which processes the submission so CobaltDesk IT can receive and respond to it. Their handling of information is also described in the Cloudflare Privacy Policy and Formspree Privacy Policy.

Customer feedback and reviews

The review form collects your name, email, service, optional service reference, rating, feedback, and optional permission to publish. We use these details to verify the completed service and review your feedback. Submissions are not published automatically. With your permission, we may display your rating and feedback using your first name and last initial. Your email and service reference are not displayed publicly. Without permission, feedback stays private. You can request removal of a published review by contacting us.

Your questions and requests

To ask about information you sent us or request a correction or deletion, email support@cobaltdeskit.com. We may need to confirm that a request concerns your own information before acting on it.
